March 100 Cricut Cartridge Blog hop with My Cricut Craftroom

Hello Ladies!!!  Today I'm very excited because this is my very first blog hop!! Woohoo!!
I made three projects for the hop using three different carts. I really wanted to get alot done. I thought what better way then doing a hop!!! So on to my crafts!!
You should have come from Vicki's blog. If not, please start from the beginning at http://mycricutcraftroom.blogspot.com

I created this12 x12 layout for my daughter's dance recital. I used Twinkle Toes cricut lite cart. I cut the dance recital image at 3 1/"2 and the other image at 4". The paper is from Sring Feast pack by first editon. The tags are also from this pack, they are on a full 12 x12 paper and i jsut hand cut them out. I tied twine to two of the tags for alil something.   I inked the Prima Flowers with brown ink. and added a twine tied button. I double matted the photo. Added alil sparkle with the gems. and did a technique with the ribbon that i learned at CHA a few years back.

For my second project I used the Dude! cricut lite cart. I made this 12x12 layout for my son during a trip to AZ. You have to cut the atv guy out four times, which turned out really cute. I inked him in brown to give that dirt feeling. lol. The paper is from My Mind's Eye Celebration Tracker stack. Its kraft cardstock, I really love how this paper looks! The plaid paper is from BasicGrey 6x6 life of the party paper pad. cut to 2" and 2 1/2". I already had pre-made tags laying around so I used Distress ink to cover the whole tag. I used my new stamps from Pink by Design Small Things that I bought from Erica. I then used the Sew Stamper (also sent from Erica, Ty so much) using the X stamp to create the path across the entire page. This is my first time using the sew stamper and i really loved it! really easy to use and gives that extra added something to my page!

For my third and final project, I made a birthday card for my husband, using the Splish Splash cricut lite cart. (I haven't really used many of our lite carts, so i chose carts that i haven't used before)
I cut the card 6" from kraft cardstock and covered the front using paper from Targets dollar bins. and the wood paper is also from BasicGrey life of the party paper pad cut at 3". I cut the anchor at 3" as well. i then inked around it used aqua blue. i added twine.  for the inside i used stickers from creative memories i bought years ago. My husband and I are going on a cruise in May for our honeymoon. So that inspired me to make this beachy themed card. I hope he likes it!!!

Thanks for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed!!!
